Making Customers Happy

Your customers and the business they bring you are the most important things in your business. So you better make your customers happy!

Mark Cuban over at blogmaverik.com has a very interesting post on his blog about how he handles his customers, it's titled “Success and Motivation - Connecting to your customers.”

Click over there and read it to give you a little bit of insight on how you should be treating your customers. I’m sure we all could be doing better on this issue. And ultimately it goes back to my philosophy of giving. Giving your customers what they want and need will bring you more business than you can handle.
